We do not charge sellers or dealers any listing fee, platform fee or commission, and we do not take payments through the site. Because we do not collect any money, there is nothing for us to refund.

Sales between sellers and dealers

Dealers are independent businesses. Any offer, sale, payment, pickup, shipping or return is agreed directly between the seller and the dealer. GetAntiqueOffer is not a party to the sale and does not hold or transfer money.

• Agree on the price, payment method, pickup or shipping and any return terms in writing before you hand over an item.
• Questions about a payment, refund or return for a sale should be raised with the other party.
• We cannot reverse or refund payments made between sellers and dealers.

Withdrawing a submission

You can withdraw an item you submitted at any time. Email us with the item name, and we will stop sharing it with dealers.

If something goes wrong

Contact us first and we will try to resolve the issue. Tell us what happened and include any messages you exchanged. If a listing or an account breaks our Terms of Service, we may remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we introduce paid services in the future, we will update this policy before anyone is charged.
