Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the AntiqueOffer Platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:
1. Fraud and Misrepresentation
- Provide false or misleading information about items or services
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Create fake accounts or profiles
- Use stolen credit cards or payment information
- Falsely claim qualifications or credentials
- Sell counterfeit or stolen items
2. Harassment and Abuse
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
- Engage in cyberbullying or stalking
- Share private information without consent (doxxing)
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
3. Illegal Activities
- Violate any federal, state, or local laws
- Trade in illegal or restricted items (e.g., ivory, protected species, stolen cultural property)
- Engage in money laundering or fraud
- Conduct unlicensed business where license is required
- Facilitate insurance fraud
4. Payment Circumvention
- Request or accept direct payment outside Platform (fee avoidance)
- Avoid or evade Platform fees
- Encourage users to transact off-platform
- Engage in chargeback fraud
5. Content Violations
- Post obscene, pornographic, or violent content
- Post spam, advertisements, or promotional material
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Distribute copyrighted material without permission
6. Fake Reviews and Manipulation
- Write fake or incentivized reviews
- Review your own services (dealers)
- Pay for positive reviews or ratings
- Post reviews for competitors to damage their reputation
- Manipulate rating systems
7. System Abuse
- Attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt Platform systems
- Scrape or data mine Platform content
- Reverse engineer Platform technology
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) without authorization
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
User Responsibilities
You MUST:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep account credentials secure
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Treat all users with respect and professionalism
- Report violations of this policy
- Use Platform for its intended purpose only
Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation, report via:
- In-app "Report" button on profiles, messages, or reviews
- Email: abuse@getantiqueoffer.com
